My first encounter with gluten-free bread was seeing my husband-to-be eating his brick-resembling bread that crumbled so easily, it might as well had been made of sand!
Then it became my mission to make the best gluten-free bread I could. After trying recipe after recipe with little to no success, I dived deeper into the science of gluten-free bread making.
Fast forward two years, and I can't believe the progress our gluten-free bread baking skills have made. While learning all about bread, I have also learned how to make rolls, pizza, pretzels, and flatbreads!
Flatbreads can be very fun and easy to make and I am thrilled to show you how to!
